  • Always, always cleanse your face, morning and evening, regardless if  you  are wearing make up or not.
  • Protect your skin daily with at least SPF30 and correct and prevent from aging at night with the right  creams for your skin type. And if you just happen to turn 21 is a perfect time to throw in your skin care routine some hydrating Eye cream. For the rest of us a good anti aging eye cream will do best.
  • Exfoliate, Exfoliate, Exfoliate At least once a week for Normal to Oily skin and 2-3 times a week for Normal to Dry skin! And please don’t forget your body too!
  • Treat your self with a Spa treatment at least once a month with a good facial and/or a body treatment. And follow up at home with a mini Spa days: Masks for your face and hair, Relaxing or rejuvenating baths once or twice a week.
  • And please don’t forget your Mani and Pedi! Clean, smooth and polished at all times!  They are the women's best accessories to any occasion.
  • Drink lots and lots of water. Not sparkling, just still and pure fresh water and find good vitamin supplements to be hydrated and nourished from inside out.
  • Now the least favorite of all! EXERCISE!!! Don’t kill your self just find something fun and keep it up few times a week.
  • Eat healthy .We all have some food we don’t like or eat but we can all try to keep it in balance. You can eat anything as long as it is the right amount and healthy for you.
  • And if we do go out and have a few drinks make sure in between you have a glass of water. It will prevent dehydration and hangovers the next morning!
  • And last but not least don’t go to bed with the make up on your face. It will not look pretty in the morning and you will regret it for the rest of your life.
